Suzuki GSF1200 Bandit - Review (2004)- Bandit 12s are great storming bikes that put
a kick up your arse and a smile on your face each time you sling a leg over, in ten years early ones will be classic.
- Not an '04 Bandit.
- 99bhp thats closer to the whp ive seen them dynod at. not to mention the suspension fix is 700$ (racetech front, busa rear shock) and the gearing is so tall you can drop a tooth in the front and still hit the 145mph top speed (thats gps data) . really is one of the best muscle bikes ever, zrx12 maybe notching it out but they cost double in the used market. 
- I have a 2005 1200 (the last of the carby models) and I love it I paid $2500 Aussie dollars for it with about 60 000 k's on it and it absolutely flies, it blows Harleys away. I traded a Royal Enfield bullet 500 on it and it certainly has a lot more punch than the Enfield. Anything you want to do on the black top it will do it no problem at all, sport, touring, commuter, cruiser etc. A very under-rated bike compared to all those "Chrome Plated Briggs and Strattons" that you see everywhere. 
- i love my 16 year old 1200 she is a wicked piece of history lol but she still runs ok but has a little oil leak
