- it would be so cool if the battery is as easy to remove as a cell phone battery.
- tesla motor, NO elecriciti, go mangeto, and generation electriciti, fore wheigt, "imans" rotation turbine, free energi tesla power
- Just wonder how long this thing can drive
- ICE 20% efficient.
EV's 80% efficient.
The future is coming!
- That's not direct drive, its a single speed transmission! don't get me wrong, I’m not criticising but they’re different things. there are some electric cars that go straight from the motor shaft to the wheel on the same axle, no cogs.
- that's awesome dude
this is the powerful and friendly technology application
keep going
- Tesla motors is breaking all grounds of car technology, they are elevating all automotive technology to new standard.
- It makes even the finest gasoline powered cars obsolete. I guess they'll go the way of film cameras.
- I want one!
- Love the Tesla. Super cool vehicle. A friend of ours has one. Took us for a ride. Hit the accelerator. Drove me back into my seat....loads of fun and power.

- This video says it all. Why would anyone in the 21st century ever settle for an inferior internal combustion engine? When we fill up our gas tanks with gasoline ($50-$100) just remember that we are tossing out more than 80% of our hard earned money ($40-$80) through inefficiencies of heat loss, gearing transfer, etc. About 1% of that energy output from gasoline moves us in the car. The rest moves the car and is lost through heat dissipation. We could be keeping that money for ourselves to be used towards any number of worthy, meaningful endeavors. We could definitely use it. With an electric car, charging would cost 10% of what a gasoline powered car costs. And the energy used is 90% more efficient than a gas powered engine. No brainer! Some talk negatively about the transfer of wealth by the government from rich to poor yet we fail to see this is needlessly happening with the fossil fuel industry. We pay exorbitant amounts of our hard earned money for an inferior energy product. And the byproducts of burning this fuel is causing detrimental effects on our biosphere (plants, animals, oceans, rivers, etc.). There's a reason why carbon is absorbed and not simply let loose in the atmosphere yet we feel the need to discount our future and do it anyway. There is a natural cycle occuring with wildfires, volcanoes, outgassing, etc. We don't need to upset this equilibrium by anthropogenysis.
