- This video is pretty amazing in that I am currently taking Electronics and Physics classes at night and the content in class is so convoluted that it is difficult to pull the simplicity of the presented material for comprehension. example: "The postman is walking, he is stepping at 75 steps per minute and each step is 150 cm high. If he had magnets on his toes and the ground was made of copper. he would create voltage. That is how generators work"
That, of course, was an exaggerated example but yet not too off par.

- When we look at technology 10, 20, 50 years ago we see it as super simple and primitive, but it's pretty genius! "hah! calculators took up a whole room. so lolz" Well, let's see you make one smaller.
- The experiment at
1:40 is not the same as what the graphic at
4:16 is showing. In the experiment, he's moving the wire in and out of the magnetic field (i.e. the magnitude of the cross flux is changing). But what the graphic is showing is the wire moving
within a uniform magnetic field. Will that actually create current? I mean, Faraday's law doesn't say merely moving magnetic lines will cause current - the enclosed magnetic flux has to actually change in direction or magnitude. Maybe I'm missing something.
