- If it has an electronic inverter, why we need to use permanent magnet? Is it because we want it brushless and easy to rotate?

- Not really DC, but rather just a synchronous motor, with permanent rotor. (rotor-stator, does not matter)

- Brushless DC motors are used in home appliances; like fans. How about electric cars? I think they use motors with brushes. That means motors with brushes give more power than the brushless motors. Could you do a video on HOW THE MOTORS OF QUARDCOPTERS WORK. Is it brushless or with brushes. Please do a video.

- This basically described a 3-phase AC motor, with an external electronic inverter to convert DC to square (!) wave AC.
Incidentally, brush motors also convert DC to AC, but they do it mechanically instead of with a controller.

- Hmmm...the graph at
2:50 shows me square wave AC. And in your earlier description, you mentioned reversing the polarity of the trailing coils, along with saying even before that, how the opposite coils get their polarity reversed. Sounds like AC. Which, oddly, we know stands for alternating current, when we know that we are alternating the voltage, and the current is a by-product of the load.

There is no sensor in Brushless DC motors for RC purpose so how does it work without that sensor?
I have some of these motors and they don't have six but 9 coils, does that mean that there are 3 coils serial placed for each line?
